Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • You made an error in the donation amount
  • You submitted a duplicate donation
  • There was an unauthorized or fraudulent transaction

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction with the following details:

  • Full name of the donor
  • Date of donation
  • Donation amount
  • Mode of payment
  • Transaction reference number
  • Reason for the refund request

Refund Process

  • If your request is approved, the refund will be processed using the original method of payment.
  • Please allow 7–10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Refund requests made after 7 days from the date of donation
  • Donations made voluntarily without any transaction error
  • Donations claimed for tax exemption (if applicable)
